Return Policy

If you have questions about this return policy, and before you place an order, please contact us directly by one of the methods outlined on the Contacts page. Shipping and handling charges for returning items are to be paid by the buyer.

Items must be returned to us using a shipping service with tracking, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, dpd, DX, ParcelForce or USPS fully tracked and insured. Note: If you don’t use a shipping method with tracking to return an item and we do not receive the product, you may not be covered under this policy, our refund policy or our Warranty.


When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

If You Return You’ll Receive
Items as new, in original packaging with all accessories within 90 days of purchase 85% of the item’s original purchase price
Used items in original condition, within 90 days of purchase 65% of the item’s original purchase price
Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error – Within 1 year of sale Up to 25% of the item’s original purchase price

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued based on the original method of payment for the item. The guidelines for refunds are as follows:
